Arrival and Departure times

For cabin and hut guests arrival is anytime from 2pm and departure time is 10am. Camping; both powered and un-powered, can arrive anytime from 12pm and departure is 10am. If you are arriving before your arrival time you may incur an early arrival fee;$5 p/p, and your site/cabin/hut may not be available until the allotted arrival time.

Fire pits & Hobs

Our fire pits & hob fire places are free to use, the hobs can be relocated to your site for your own campfire. We ask that all campfires are kept in the fireplaces provided to keep our grounds in great condition. You are welcome to BYO firewood however we do sell firewood at the store.

Camping & Caravans

A wash up station is located at the amenities block for your convenience. Our bathrooms offer hot showers at no charge and flushing toilets. We don’t have facilities for duping chemical toilets, the closest dump points can be found at www.dumppoints.com.

Huts & Cabins

Staying in the Hut and Cabins gives you access to our Guest Kitchen & Cold Room. The guest kitchen has a BBQ, hotplates, microwave, kettles and all the cooking essentials and is completely stocked with cookware, glassware and cutlery.  Bathroom amenities for hut guests is within30 meters. All linen is provided for Huts and Cabins guests, we just ask if you are going to be swimming in the dam that you bring your own beach towel.

Day Visits

Hosanna is open to day visitors between 9am – 5pm and are $7pp over 5yo, on the rare occasions that we are unable to accept day visitors our Facebook page will advertise this. 

Animals

We are pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly! Your pet is welcome to sleep on the balcony of the cabin or under the eaves of the huts (on lead or in a crate). Cleaning fees may be applied for pets found to have caused mess or damage to huts or cabins.

Cancellation Policy

Hosanna has a no refund cancellation policy. If you are unable to stay due to an unforeseen circumstance we can usually credit your guest account here at Hosanna for a future booking. 
An email will be sent to you at the time of your booking offering cancellation insurance for a small fee. We recommend accepting this offer if you think you may need to cancel and would want a full monetary refund.

Can I fish at Hosanna?

Absolutely. Due to drought conditions our creek is not flowing, however there are still fish. Our policy is catch and release, and there are areas in the dam and the creek that you can fish without impacting guests that are swimming.

Do you only accept cash or can I use my card for payment also?

We accept cash or card for all purchases.
