If you are unable to stay due to an unforeseen circumstance we can usually credit your guest account here at Hosanna for a future booking. This is valid for 12 months.
An email will be sent to you at the time of your booking offering cancellation insurance for a small fee. We recommend accepting this offer if you think you may need to cancel and would want a full monetary refund.

For cabin and hut guests arrival is anytime from 2pm and departure time is 10am.
Camping; both powered and un-powered, can arrive anytime from 12pm and departure is 10am.
If you are arriving before your arrival time you may incur an early arrival fee;$5 p/p, and your site/cabin/hut may not be available until the allotted arrival time.
Yes, you can! As long as there are no current fire bans or restrictions. You can check here.
We have large communal fire pits & individual fire places called 'hobs' that are free to use. The hobs can be relocated to your site for your own campfire, and you can even cook on them!
We ask that all campfires are kept in the fireplaces provided to keep our grounds in great condition. You are welcome to BYO firewood, we also sell firewood at the store.
We don’t currently have facilities for dumping chemical toilets, the closest dump points can be found at www.dumppoints.com.
If you are staying in a Cabin or Hut, then your linen is provided, with towels for showering.
Hosanna is open to day visitors between 9am – 5pm.
Day visits are $7pp for children 5 years of age and over. There is no need to book.
On the rare occasions that we are unable to accept day visitors our Facebook page will advertise this.
We are pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly!
Cleaning fees may be applied for pets found to have caused mess or damage to grounds or buildings.

Absolutely. Due to drought conditions our creek is not flowing, however there are still fish. Our policy is catch and release, and there are areas in the dam and the creek that you can fish without impacting guests that are swimming.

Yes! We are not a traditional caravan park, however our sites a large, flat, grassy with power and water connections on our powered sites.
We offer large 10m x 10m sites that are usually surrounded by ample green space to make it easier for you to enjoy the "wide open spaces".
We don't currently prepare any food for sale onsite.
We do have a coffee cart that sells fresh coffee and a small offering of pies & sausage rolls and packaged snack food on weekends and school holidays.
Our Hosanna General Store stocks all the essentials for camping:
Ice, Firewood, Milk & Bread as well as ice-creams, soft drinks and basic hygiene supplies.
We are also proud to offer locally made products that support some of the fantastic small businesses in our area.

We're good at being farmers and hosts, but no so good at weather forecasting!
If you are arriving late, we will contact you via sms with instructions on how to find your map and directions to your accommodation / site.
We do ask those who arrive after hours to check-in with reception in the morning.

A Day Visit pass gives you access to all of the facilities and free activities happening around Hosanna Farm that day. Come and join in feeding the animals, grab a coffee or go for a swim in the dam.
We specialise in country camping – rustic, simple, natural and ‘free range’. Our accommodation options suit all preferences and budgets. If an authentic farmstay experience is what you’re looking for, then this is your place! If camping in tents is not your thing, we have glamping huts and rustic wooden cabins that look out over the dam and surrounding countryside. We believe in good old fashioned country hospitality: simple, clean and comfortable accommodation with a generous splash of charm to help you enjoy your stay.
