With views that sweep down the valley, over the water and out across the mountains, this accommodation is perfect to enjoy together with a few families or friends... relax and soak in the stunning environment, and enjoy all the facilities and activities that our farmstay provides. With beds to easily sleep up to 20 people, this is the perfect place to escape to the country!

We have celebrated the good life here in our Homestead, with a dash of luxury and bucket loads of warm country comfort. Our kitchen is kitted out with everything you will need to cook up a storm and enjoy some big hearty breakfasts, or some gorgeous cheese platters, or a big BBQ spread! Enjoy the indoor fireplaces or spend your evening relaxing around the outdoor firepit - soak up the morning sunshine on the deck that overlooks the farm and the valley.

Sink into bed at the end of a full day with options of 2 King Rooms and a Queen Room while the kids continue the adventure in the Kids Retreat - 4 bunk beds with a kids hang out space complete with lounge, bean bags and TV for those night time down-times. Get the board games out or read a book in either of the 2 indoor lounge areas. The possibilities for rest, relaxation, fun and adventure are endless with this space.

Every detail has been considered with what it means for you to have a fantastic shared house experience and we've included all of the things that you will need to have a few nights filled with good food, great atmosphere, fun and adventure, in a gorgeous setting that celebrates the surrounding natural setting

Our Homestead includes:

• Fully equipped private kitchen including appliances, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, glassware, platters and entertaining pieces.
• Private BBQ area with stunning views.
• Private laundry facilities, equipped with washing machine and dryer.
• 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers, including a bath in one bathroom.
• 2 internal lounge rooms, 1 internal dining room linked with the outdoor lounge / dining on our deck overlooking the farm.
• 2 internal fireplaces and 1 outdoor firepit.
• 4 bedrooms, bedroom configurations include:
• 1 King Room (Master Suite) with internal fireplace and access to shared bathroom.
• 1 King Room with 2 single beds (bunks) with views over the dam and access to shared bathroom.
• 1 Queen Room with adjoining single day bed.
• 1 Kids Retreat with 8 single beds (4 bunks), lounge, TV and toys for the kids.
• Additional sofa beds can increase sleeping capacity to 20 people.
• All linen and towels are provided, BYO swimming towels.
• Private enclosed area where you can bring your pets to enjoy their holiday with you!

There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, 3 night minimum stay on long weekends and school holidays and 4 night minimum stay for the Easter weekend.

* Please note that an extra $250 cleaning fee applies to all bookings, in addition to per night rates.

* A $250 refundable security deposit will be required upon check-in.
