Every day we feed our farm animals and you get to be involved! Hold a baby chicken, feed the goats and our dairy cows. Watch the ducks waddle in to join in on the fun too.
Throughout the day, our animals enjoy their day grazing and snoozing in the paddocks. You can hang out with the chicks in the Chick House at facilitated animal feeding times.
Some of our animals do free range, so maybe you will bump into a goat or hang out with a duck. You can always try and catch a chicken as they run around the farm!
Due to the unpredictable nature of animals, no animal feeding session is the same.
Animal Feeding occurs 3 times daily, please check our Activities page for current times.
Our swimming dam is the hub of activity around our farmstay, particularly in the warmer months. You can float around on the inner tubes or jump off the pontoons or paddle around on the kayaks.
Kayaks require a gold coin deposit to unlock (just like an ALDI trolley), and PFD (Personal Flotation Devices) are available at the Boat Shed near the Waterslide on the other side of the dam. Your gold coin will be returned once the kayak is returned.
You can also explore the creek that meanders through our grounds, with swimming holes and shallow ponds that give kids hours of natural fun.
Along the creek we have mud kitchens stationed in the perfect location to make the perfect mud pie! Our mud kitchens are ideal for younger children, giving hours of fun for everyone!
We've taken old school to a new level with our custom built waterslide! It's an upgrade to the original black plastic slide down the hill that has been hugely popular at our farm and in Aussie families for so many years. Head up the hill, jump on the plastic and slide on down - straight into the dam!
Our slide is a facilitated activity and runs on weekends and school holidays. Times may vary depending on the season.
You must be able to swim to ride on our waterslide.
Camping's not camping without a campfire! We have communal firepits dotted around our farm so that everyone can enjoy the beauty of sitting by the fire and celebrating the good life. Who doesn't love roasting marshmallows!
Take your campfire experience further through the Adventure Passport activities by building it from scratch using a flint and steel - and then cooking your damper over the fire with one of our damper kits. Add on your campfire story activities for an even better campfire experience.
One of the most iconic Australian camping activities is pairing a campfire with some damper. During winter, come and sit around the fire with us, grab some damper dough and share a slow food experience as you cook your damper stick over the hot coals. Top it off with some butter and golden syrup (and maybe a pot of billy tea!)
Campfire & Damper is a facilitated activity during winter weekends and school holidays.
Love damper as much as us? You can pre-purchase your own damper kit that will be delivered to your site on the day of your arrival. We'll do all the hard work and package it all up, leaving you to just sit back and cook over the fire!
Explore the walking trails around the farm - head up to our lookout and watch the sunset, get off the beaten track and explore through the forest.
Use your Adventure passport to explore even more of the farm as you track through the property to find the Golden Pig and the Night Bushranger, or enjoy a slower pace as you enjoy a walk to match our timber slab wall with the trees on our property.
Bring your camp chairs and your picnic rugs, your eskies and your chilled vibes and enjoy an evening on the farm. Join in on our afternoon Animal Feeding session, grab some food from our BBQ Shack and cruise along with some live acoustic music from some of our incredible local artists.
