Farm Activities

Animal feeding and cow milking

Every morning we feed the animals and you get to be involved! Hold a baby chicken, feed the goats and sheep and our rabbit family - and watch the pigs get their breakfast (they're not so good at hand feeding).

Throughout the day, our animals enjoy their day grazing and snoozing in the paddocks. You can hang out with the rabbits in the Bunny House, or bump into the goats and sheep as they free range through the farm throughout the day. Maybe try and catch a chicken as they run around the playground.

Animal Feeding times are 9am and 4pm daily.

*unfortunately we are not able to host our cow milking activities due to COVID-safe complexities*

Swim in the dam

Our swimming dam is the hub of activity around our farmstay.  Float around on the inner tubes or grab a kayak to cruise around - there's even a space for younger children to splash around safely.

Kayaks require a gold coin deposit to unlock (just like an ALDI trolley), and PFD (Personal Flotation Devices) are available for loan from Reception.

Play in the creek

A creek flows through our campsite, which provides hours of fun for everyone. Make awesome mud pies in our mud kitchens or build rock dams and try to catch a tadpole. Our creek is definitely worth exploring!

Conquer the waterslide

We've taken old school to a new level with our waterslide! It's an upgrade to the original black plastic slide down the hill that has been hugely popular at our farm for so many summers. Head up the hill, jump on the plastic and slide on down - straight into the dam!

Our slide is a facilitated activity and runs at 11:30 every day on weekends and holidays.

Build a campfire

Camping's not camping without a campfire! We have communal firepits and portable campfire hobs dotted around our farm so that everyone can enjoy the beauty of sitting by the fire and celebrating the good life.

Take your campfire experience further through the Adventure Passport activities by building it from scratch using a flint and steel - and then cooking your damper over the fire with one of our damper kits. Add on your lantern making and campfire story activities for an even better campfire experience.

Make some delicious Damper

One of the most iconic Australian camping activities is pairing a camper with some damper. During the cooler months, come and sit around the fire with us, grab some damper dough and share a slow food experience as you cook your damper stick over the hot coals. Top it off with some butter and golden syrup (and maybe a pot of billy tea!)

Campfire & Damper is a facilitated activity on most weekends and holidays in the cooler months.

Explore the property and the natural environment

Explore the walking trails around the farm - head up to our lookout and watch the sunset, get off the beaten track and explore through the forest.

Use your Adventure passport to explore even more of the farm as you track through the property to find the Golden Pig and the Night Bushranger, or enjoy a slower pace as you enjoy a walk to match our timber slab wall with the trees on our property.

Relax in the sauna

Our wood fired Sauna is a free self-service facility that must be booked for use. It’s location is perfect for the ultimate relaxation experience. The sauna fire takes approx. 1hr to bring to optimal temperature, with specifically cut Sauna firewood bags sold at the store.

Play and enjoy the space

There is a playground to enjoy, complete with a dragon boat and merry-go-round, as well as sandpits and cubby houses.

Enjoy a game of volleyball on the courts, ask at Reception for a range of sporting equipment for loan including volley balls, soccer balls, cricket or badminton sets.

Hang out on the lawn and enjoy the sunshine

Get comfortable in the hammocks on our lawn, surrounded by the animal paddocks and the gorgeous sunshine. Pull up a picnic table, or bring your own picnic rug to enjoy this beautiful space.
